BIG BEAR LAKE WEEKEND THE WEEKEND FRESHWATER EVENT AT BIG BEAR LAKE WILL BE MAY 18TH AND 19TH THIS YEAR.
BIG BEAR LAKE WEEKEND The weekend freshwater event at Big Bear Lake will be May 18th and 19th this year.
Fishing will be both Saturday and Sunday. Each day will be a separate fishing event. Big Bear offers a variety of options, you can stay overnight or drive up one or both days. Accommodations are plentiful with advance reservations, including camping.
If you plan to bring your boat, be sure to check the regulations ahead of time. Big Bear Lake is open 24/7 YEAR-ROUND.
While we've seen Dick Giuliani out on the lake in his boat during a blizzard, it is not recommended! lol!
Denise Davis has contacted the Lodge that many used last year and is waiting for an email with the Club’s discounted rates.
The Lodge is right on the lake and has docks. She will send out an email as soon as she gets the info. Let her know if you are interested.

LET'S WELCOME OUR speaker, ANDREW MACK! It is his first time to visit us.
Andrew is a Licensed Freshwater Fishing Guide AND owner of Macks Fish Reports & Guide Service. He is also the only registered bow fishing guide for Big Bear Lake and offers trout trips as well.
Besides his own social media pages, he does social media for Evike.com and runs saltwater trips for them. He is the freshwater guy and a part of the Angler Chronicles Crew, doing both TV and radio for them.
He is a representative for Bite-ON Red Crimson and is also featured on the label of each bottle. He promotes the Fishing Syndicate Trout Series rods.
He has been an IGFA Representative since 2021 and holds a certificate for the IGFA Trout Super Grand Slam Club for catching four different species of trout on the same day, as well as a Royal Slam certificate for catching 7 trout species in a lifetime. And you likely have seen his name as a writer for Western Outdoor News.
As a bow fisherman, Andrew has removed thousands of invasive carp from Big Bear Lake to Lake Elsinore as well as other inland lakes where bow fishing is legal.
Andrew is going to share his tips for successful freshwater trout fishing. Hopefully we can have him touch on bowfishing and talk about his Grand Slam as well,
